Andrew Abram
Andrew Abram, 35, was held at the Virginia Beach Correctional Center in Virginia Beach, Virginia. On January 30, 2019, deputies sent him to a hospital by ambulance because of concern for his health and safety, and he was pronounced dead at Sentara Princess Anne Hospital just before 4:00 a.m. The Virginia Beach Sheriff's Office said it does not believe there was foul play. The police department and the sheriff's Professional Standards Office are investigating his death.
