Amie Coon, 41, died on November 12, 2017, while held at the Tyler County Jail in Tyler County, Texas. According to the Tyler County Sheriff's office, she was found unresponsive in her cell. A justice of the peace pronounced her dead at the jail. An autopsy was planned in Beaumont to determine the cause and manner of death, and the Texas Rangers were investigating.
