Amber Hilberling
Amber Hilberling died at the Mabel Bassett Correctional Center in McLoud on July 30, 2018, while held there. According to the Medical Examiner's Office, she died by suicide by hanging, and methamphetamine was found in her system. KOCO reported that another person held at the facility found her hanging by her bunk bed around 5:20 p.m., and that correctional officers began life-saving measures before she was pronounced dead at 5:33 p.m.
