Amber Goonan
Amber Goonan, 41, died in February 2023 after being taken from the Montgomery County Jail to a hospital. The coroner's investigation found that Amber Goonan died of drug intoxication. The jail commander said staff did not yet know whether drugs had been used inside the jail or taken in earlier.
