Alvin Kelly
Alvin Kelly, 57, had been held on Texas death row since 1991. The Texas Department of Criminal Justice said he was executed by lethal injection at the Huntsville Unit on October 14, 2008. Before his execution, Kelly maintained that he was innocent and said he was tired of being held, saying that this was not life.
