Allen S. Fulton, 31, died on November 14, 2019, while held at Ridgeland Correctional Institution in Jasper County, South Carolina. The South Carolina Department of Corrections said staff found him dead in his cell on a Thursday morning and that the death is being investigated as a homicide. The department said an autopsy would be performed to determine the cause of death. Incarceration Transparency lists the manner of death as homicide.
