Allen Richard Smith
Allen Richard Smith, 71, died on August 24, 2016, in the prison hospital at the Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla, Washington. The Walla Walla County coroner, Richard Greenwood, said he died of lung cancer that had spread to his liver. His cancer was detected at another state facility, and he was then transferred to Walla Walla for treatment.
