Allen Hugh Parker
Allen Hugh Parker, 52, was held at William E. Donaldson Correctional Facility in Bessemer, Alabama, when staff found him unresponsive in an open bay area of his assigned dorm on February 23, 2024. He was pronounced dead a short time later. According to the Jefferson County Coroner's Office, no evidence of trauma or foul play was found, and an autopsy will be performed to determine the cause and manner of death. The Alabama Department of Corrections is investigating the circumstances of his death.
