Alishae Dawne Kohl, 39, died while in the custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections at Coffee Creek Correctional Facility in Wilsonville, Oregon, according to the department's announcement in November 2022. The department said the Oregon State Police had been notified, as is standard for in-custody deaths.
