Alicia Stubenrauch
Alicia Stubenrauch, 35, of Karnack, died on September 14, 2025, while held at the Harrison County Jail in Texas. Her father, Albert Stubenrauch, remembers her as caring, someone who could not pass a stray dog without stopping, and who always had a smile. The sheriff's office said she was found unresponsive in a holding cell about ten minutes after a check and was taken to a hospital in Marshall, where she was pronounced dead. Her mother asked whether she had been seen by the jail nurse and received her medication, and the cause of death remains pending. The Texas Rangers are investigating, and an autopsy has been ordered.
