Alicia Skeats
Alicia Skeats, 33, died on April 20, 2014, while held at the Dallas County Jail in Texas. Her family remembers her as someone who loved animals, cars and drift racing, and who believed in second chances; her mother said she had everything and never intentionally hurt anybody. Officials recorded her death as natural causes, but an autopsy reported that drug withdrawal killed her.
