Alicia Meredith Marie Ropp
Alicia Meredith Marie Ropp, 27, was found unresponsive in her cell at the Fayette County Detention Center in Kentucky on March 1, 2025, four days after she was admitted. Her friend Joe Norris remembers her as kind and sweet, someone who would help anybody, who cleaned his house, helped him with his banks, and became like family to him, and says she was working toward getting sober. Norris says she told her partner days earlier that she was very sick. A toxicology report has not been released, and the cause and manner of death remain undetermined, and Norris wants to know what happened to her in those four days.
