Alfred Raymond Lattanzio
Alfred Raymond Lattanzio, 42, was held in the Newport News City Jail in Virginia. The Newport News Sheriff's Office said jail staff found him hanging in his cell on April 1, 2019, and described it as an apparent suicide attempt.
