Alexander Richardson

Alexander Richardson, the son of Levi Richardson, was held in the jail at Irvine, Estill County, Kentucky. On the night of Monday, October 8, 1894, a mob took him from the jail and hanged him on the railroad below Irvine, according to a Hopkinsville newspaper report that month. A 1914 account says he maintained his innocence until the end.
