Alexander Madrid
Alexander Madrid, 61, of Apple Valley, was held at the West Valley Detention Center in Rancho Cucamonga when he had a health emergency on Feb. 11, 2022. Sheriff's officials said jail medical staff saw him before he was taken to Arrowhead Regional Medical Center in Colton, where he died on March 18, 2022. Sheriff's officials said the emergency may have been related to pre-existing medical conditions. The department's Specialized Investigations Division is investigating his death.
