Alexander Hill
Alexander Hill, 52, died on September 1, 2018, while held at Red Onion State Prison in Virginia. The Office of the Chief Medical Examiner of Virginia attributed his death to a pulmonary embolism, a blood clot in the lungs. He was pronounced dead at Dickenson Community Hospital, and early reports did not make clear whether he died in the prison or at the hospital.
