Alexander Clark
Alexander Clark, 27, was held at the Arizona State Prison Complex-Lewis, Bachman Unit, in Buckeye, Arizona, when he died in March 2014. The Arizona Department of Corrections said he was attacked by a group of fellow prisoners in the unit's recreation yard on the evening of Monday, March 17, 2014. Officers responded, ordered the men to disperse and locked the unit down, and Clark was taken to a hospital, where he later died. The department said his death is being investigated as a homicide.
