Albert Balderas
Albert Balderas died in March 2019 after being held at the Tulare County Sheriff's Office Pre-Trial Facility in California. The sheriff's office said correctional deputies found him unresponsive in his cell, that deputies gave first aid, and that he was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. The sheriff's office reported no obvious signs of trauma or foul play, and an autopsy was scheduled to determine the cause and manner of death.
