Adriana Lastra
Adriana Lastra, 27, was held at the Bexar County Jail in San Antonio, Texas. According to the Bexar County Sheriff's Office, a deputy found her attempting suicide on June 23, 2025. She was taken to University Hospital, where her family chose to remove her from life support after consulting with medical personnel, and she was pronounced dead there on June 26, 2025. KSAT reported that the medical examiner's office ruled her death a suicide. The Castle Hills Police Department is investigating under the Sandra Bland Act, and the sheriff's office Internal Affairs Unit is conducting a separate review.
