Adrian Henderson
Adrian Henderson, 25, died on February 8, 2024, while held at Lee Correctional Institution in Lee County, South Carolina. The South Carolina Department of Corrections said he was found unresponsive in his cell, which he occupied alone. The cause of death was pending toxicology results at the time of reporting, and the SCDC Inspector General's office and the Lee County Coroner were investigating.
