Adremy Dennis was executed by lethal injection at the Southern Ohio Correctional Facility in Lucasville, Ohio. Prison logs record that he felt sick to his stomach on his last day and took Pepto-Bismol about three hours before he was declared dead. Before his execution he ate a final meal of fried catfish, garlic bread and three kinds of pie.
