Executed
Adam Volkovitch
Adam Yolkovitch was hanged in Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania, on April 3, 1888, in a judicial execution that the Western Appeal reported four days later. A second brief account of the same execution spells his name Volkovitch and places it at Wilkesbarre. Neither report gives the facility where the hanging took place, and the sources record no objections to the sentence.
