Adam Lewis Varnedoe
Adam Lewis Varnedoe, a Savannah native, died on June 25, 2025, at the Chatham County Detention Center in Georgia, where he was being held. According to the reporting, he was found unresponsive in his cell and pronounced dead at the jail. The Georgia Bureau of Investigation is investigating, and an autopsy will be performed by its Crime Lab to determine the cause and manner of death.
