Adam Kallini
Adam Kallini, 38, died on July 31, 2023, while held at the Arizona State Prison Complex Tucson in Tucson, Arizona. Staff at the prison found him unresponsive and he was pronounced dead. The Arizona Department of Corrections said he apparently died by hanging himself. The death is under investigation by the county medical examiner's office.
