Adam Farmer
Adam Farmer, 27, died on September 26, 2018, while in the custody of the Oregon Department of Corrections at the Coffee Creek Intake Center in Wilsonville, and he died at a hospital. The department announced his death. The state medical examiner is determining the cause of death, and Oregon State Police were notified.
