Abraham Aldana
Abraham Aldana was held at U.S. Penitentiary Lee, a federal prison in southwestern Virginia, when he was stabbed to death by his cellmate. According to a federal indictment announced in November 2020, prosecutors say the killing was willful, deliberate and premeditated. Prosecutors have said the case is eligible for the death penalty. The indictment's account is the only one reported so far, and the cellmate's own account has not been reported.
