Aaron Moore
Aaron Moore, 36, was held at the detox observation unit of the Pima County jail in Arizona when he died on September 26, 2023. A jail safety check around 1 a.m. found him unresponsive in his cell, and Tucson Fire personnel were unable to revive him, and he was pronounced dead. The Pima County Sheriff's Department said it found no suspicious circumstances. The Office of the Medical Examiner said a medical issue is believed to be involved, and toxicology results are still pending, so the manner of death has not been determined.
