Aaron Ferguson
Aaron Ferguson, 29, was booked into the Lucas County Corrections Center in Toledo, Ohio, in September 2020. According to the summary of the reporting, he told staff he could not breathe, and officers noted his breathing was abnormal, but nurses did not check on him in time.
