Wm. Prichard
A Baltimore dispatch printed in The Weekly Democratic Statesman on October 5, 1871, reported that Wm. Prichard, a Black man, was hanged on September 29, 1871. The report appeared six days after the date it gives for the hanging. The dispatch names Prichard as a colored man and gives the hanging as the manner of his death.
