Wille Washington, 25, died in March 2024 while held at the Adult Correctional Institutions in Rhode Island. Rhode Island Department of Corrections spokesman J.R. Ventura said the cause of death was not yet known and was awaiting the medical examiner's report. As of the Providence Journal's report published on July 3, 2024, the cause and manner of the death were still pending.
