A 53-year-old man held at Liberty Correctional Institution in Florida developed a fever, dry cough, shortness of breath and body aches over three days. He was taken to an emergency room, where he tested positive for coronavirus, and he died shortly after. Medical examiner records list COVID-19 as the cause of death.
