The Dodge County Sheriff's Department announced a June 2024 press conference on its investigations into four deaths of people held at Waupun Correctional Institution in Waupun, Wisconsin. The department said the investigations had concluded, and that two of the deaths were reported to have occurred in October 2023. It said it planned to release a high-level overview, accountability actions, and deficiencies identified in the Wisconsin Department of Corrections.
