A 25-year-old woman was found dead in her bed at the Lake County Adult Detention Facility in Ohio on the morning of December 22, 2015, after she did not come out for breakfast. Correction officers said they believed she died in her sleep, and the Lake County Coroner pronounced her dead at the jail. Her body was sent to the Cuyahoga County Medical Examiner's Office for an autopsy to determine the cause of death.
