A person held at the Harris County Jail in Texas died at a hospital on June 22, 2025, the sheriff's office said. The sheriff's office reported that this was one of two people who died that Sunday. As of ABC13 Houston's report about a week later, no cause of death had been determined. The deaths were reported to the Texas Commission on Jail Standards.
