A man died inside Ware State Prison in Waycross, Georgia, and his death was captured on cell phone video recorded within the facility. The video shows his body slumped over a cell block railing. The anonymous person who narrates the video says he had been in that position for two hours or more with no officer on the unit. FOX 5 Atlanta used the video to raise concerns about staffing shortages in Georgia's prisons.
