Travis Clinton Hittson was a former Navy sailor. The Georgia Department of Corrections reports that the State of Georgia executed him by lethal injection on February 17, 2016, at the Georgia Diagnostic and Classification Prison in Jackson. He was 45 years old, according to department records. He had been held on death row in Georgia since 1993.
