Taylor Leigh Plain Bull
Taylor Plain Bull, 28, of Billings, Montana, died on April 12, 2021, while held at the Big Horn County Detention Center in Basin, Wyoming. According to Sheriff Kenneth Blackburn, he was found unresponsive in his cell that night.
