Stephen Redd
Stephen M. Redd, 78, was held at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center in California, where he had been since 1997. According to the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation, he was found unresponsive in his cell on the afternoon of December 21, 2023, and medical staff pronounced him dead. The department said the cause of death was still under investigation as of the following day.
