Stephen Green
Stephen Green, 73, died on February 8, 2021, at Memorial Hospital of Carbon County in Rawlins, Wyoming, where he had been hospitalized since January 29 while in the custody of the state Department of Corrections. The department said an autopsy would be conducted to determine the cause of death. A later year-end list of deaths in the Wyoming state prison system also includes his name and date of death.
