Reo Guy Watts
Reo Guy Watts, 38, of Salem, died on September 21, 2019, in his cell in the Oquirrh block of the Utah State Prison, where he was held. An emergency call came from the cell, and he was found unresponsive in his bed and declared dead on scene. According to charging documents, his cellmate told investigators he had strangled Watts, and the cellmate was charged with murder.
