Phillip Workman
Phillip Workman was executed by lethal injection by the State of Tennessee on May 9, 2007. A 2022 WJHL report says he asked for a vegetarian pizza to be bought and donated to a homeless person as his last meal, and that prison officials refused the request. The execution was carried out under the state's death sentence against him.
