Philip Langell
Philip Langell, 69, died on May 10, 2021, at the James T. Vaughn Correctional Center in Smyrna, Delaware, where he was held. Delaware State Police said he was attacked by his cellmate and died at the scene from injuries to the head and neck and from asphyxiation.
