Died in jail or a lockup
Peter Yinagar
Peter Yinagar was one of three men held in the jail in Lawrence, Kansas, when masked men took them out on June 10, 1882. The men were hurried to a bridge, where ropes were placed around their necks and they were dropped, and the reported cause of death is hanging. He was killed by a mob that had taken him from the jail.
