Mitchell Harrison
Mitchell Harrison was held at HMP Frankland in County Durham when he died in October 2011. Sources say he was lured to a cell on the vulnerable prisoner wing, where two other men held there killed him with a homemade scalpel. The inquest jury concluded that he was unlawfully killed. County Durham coroner Andrew Tweddle raised concerns that a threat made by one of the men had not been passed on to officers on the wing.
