Kenneth Locklear
Kenneth Locklear, 55, died at the Robeson County Detention Center in North Carolina early on April 18, 2025. The Robeson County Sheriff's Office said that in the early morning hours of April 18 it was alerted to a reported medical emergency involving him. The sheriff's office has asked the State Bureau of Investigation to conduct an independent investigation, and an autopsy has been scheduled, so the cause and manner of death have not been determined.
