Justin Henderson
Justin Henderson, 40, was held at Lee Correctional Institution in Bishopville, South Carolina, when he died in August 2026. Staff found him unresponsive in his cell with multiple stab wounds, and he was taken to Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center in Hartsville, where he was pronounced dead. The South Carolina Department of Corrections and the Lee County Coroner say the death is being investigated as a suspected homicide, and an autopsy is pending.
