Joseph Agee III
Joseph Agee III was 29 years old. On the evening of Monday, October 3, 2022, he was attacked at Donaldson Correctional Facility and died that day of stab wounds, the second killing at the prison in less than three days. The Jefferson County coroner investigated his death as a homicide, and another man was taken into custody.
