Jose Loredo

Jose Loredo, 62, was held at the Nacogdoches County Jail in Texas and died on August 22, 2020. According to the Nacogdoches County Sheriff's Office, jail staff found him on the floor of his cell, and he told officers he had fallen and struck the toilet. He was taken to a hospital, where he died. The sheriff's office calls it an in-custody death; an autopsy was ordered and the Texas Rangers are investigating.
