Isaac Laird Starke
Isaac Laird Starke, 52, died on January 6, 2019, at Broad River Correctional Institution in Richland County, South Carolina, after an incident at the prison. He was found in his cell and died there. Richland County Coroner Gary Watts said he died of asphyxiation from ligature strangulation. The coroner's office, the South Carolina Department of Corrections and the State Law Enforcement Division are investigating his death.
