Hooker T. Williams
Booker Williams, who was Black and listed at age 19 by the Texas Department of Criminal Justice, was executed in the electric chair at the state penitentiary in Huntsville, Texas, on April 4, 1924, according to that agency's record. A 1924 Associated Press account, carried by the Brownsville Herald and naming him Hooker T. The two sources give different names for him, and only the agency record gives his age.
